Is BOXEOGUARD a medical treatment product?

No. BOXEOGUARD is positioned as a custom-fit sports mouthguard for boxing, MMA, Muay Thai, and similar contact sports. It is not sold as a treatment for sleep apnea, teeth grinding, orthodontic correction, or any medical condition.

Is the alginate kit the final mouthguard?

No. The alginate kit is used only to take your dental impression. The final guard is made after the impression is returned and approved.

What if the customer makes a bad impression?

The order flow includes fit support. If the impression cannot be used, support can send remake instructions or a replacement kit depending on the order policy.

Can customers upload logos or names?

Yes. The order page collects the name, color direction, logo notes, and design references. Uploads can be connected later when the checkout provider is ready.

How long does it take?

A realistic custom timeline is usually 2-4 weeks, depending on kit delivery, how quickly the customer returns the impression, mold approval, production, and final shipping.

Can customers with braces order?

Customers with braces or dental appliances should contact support before ordering because the fit requirements are different.
